YOUTH BASKETBALL- :  The youth basketball program is designed to enhance fundamental to advanced skill development in a fun but challenging manner with an emphasis on skill development. Participants interested in learning skills and abilities for improved recreational basketball performance would greatly benefit from these sessions

 

KIDS BASKETBALL:  The kid’s basketball program is designed to work from the ground up with the focus on learning the game, lots of activity and mostly fun.

 

WALKING CLUB– Is a scheduled time for “WALKING” only. No other programming will be happening in the Gymnasium at this time. 16 Laps around the gym is equivalent to one mile. To keep a perfect balance change your direction after 8 laps.

 

CO-ED BASKETBALL- If you’re a basketball player and want to use your skills, this is the program for you. Join Neil and the players for an active game with great team skills and fun!!

 

SHOTOKAN KARATE –This class teaches traditional Shotokan Karate addressing the mind, body and spirit, focusing on concentration, commitment and discipline. An all-around physical experience while learning martial defensive skills. Anyone who has the proper attitude and willingness to accept the rules of the dojo (training room)

 

PICKLE BALL – A combination of Ping pong, Table tennis, Badminton and Squash all played on one court. Come check it out!!

 

SPECIAL OLYMPICS: For decades, Special Olympics has optimized the benefits of a healthy and active lifestyle through sport to improve the wellbeing of individuals with a developmental disability. Every Monday night participants are encouraged to participate with fun direction and social interaction.

 

KIDS CAMP: An after school program for our Y kids, focus on games, crafts, story time and lots of fun.
